Returns & Exchanges

We want you to truly love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you.


Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging, where applicable

Items that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.


Starting a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at retail@meetmeinsantorini.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

If you prefer, we’re happy to provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The most efficient way to secure a new item is to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

If you need guidance on fit, fabric, or alternative styles, our team is always happy to assist you in finding the perfect piece.

Please note that each order is processed and shipped separately, and standard shipping rates apply.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and your refund has not appeared, please contact us at retail@meetmeinsantorini.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or marked-down items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

International Returns

For customers within the EU, orders may be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with local regulations. All items must meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.
