Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Returns that don’t meet these requirements may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Please email service@meetmeinsantorini.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Need a shipping label? Let us know and we’ll send you a prepaid label — the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Need to Exchange Something?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The quickest way to get a new item is to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
However, if you received an item that didn’t meet expectations — in terms of fit or fabric — let us know. We’ll gladly help you find a better replacement style from our current collection. This helps us resolve issues while ensuring you end up with something you truly love.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen your refund, please contact us at retail@meetmeinsantorini.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you received an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect — reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale or markdown items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom orders
International Returns
For EU customers, in accordance with local law, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please ensure items meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
